30 Days Left of 2015

I have neglected this blog for quite sometime and feel heartbroken when I see only 31 posts.  I miss blogging, I really do, but with graduate school, I am so caught up with writing papers that I do not want to spend time on my own blog.

Well, it is December 1st, which means 24 days until Christmas and 30 days until 2016.  As I quickly look back at my accomplishments from 2015 between writing papers, I am glad with what all I've done so far.  I ended 2014 by graduating from college and going to Disney World, and started this year with a 7 month internship using my GIS abilities.  I also started graduate school across the United States, in Arizona, made new friends, attended 3 conferences, and spoke at two of them!

As I mentioned in my previous posts, I attended my first ever Python conference, PyTennessee, in February.  I also attended DjangoCon US where I can my first ever talk about GeoDjango (GIS and Python), and lastly, I attended a GIS conference in Arizona and gave a brief talk about Studying Abroad and GeoSpatial Technologies.

As this year comes to an end, I hope this month ends with a bang.  I hope 2016 is just as good and eventful. I also hope that I continue to blog and not neglect it as much!

I will add more posts soon!
